L Series

L Series is 4 stanchion H-shaped hydraulic press with 4 power ranges from 80 to 300 tonnes. It is disigned for fretwork, deep-drawing, bending, straightening…

This model features electro welded structure made of ST-52.3 steel. It is machined at the end of welding process with safety level 4 to ensure perfect parallelism. It has mobile bed using hoist which is manually operated gear system on LM models and brake engine operated gear system on LV models.

The cylinder is double-acting with chrome plunger, removable hold-down plate, anti-turning and stroke regulator.

Hydraulic unit is two-speed with decompression valve opreated with pedals. The control panel enables to select manual or semi-automatic work and speed.

  • front pressure regulator
  • 6 to 160 mm diameter set of tool
  • 415 or 1020 mm long folding tools set
  • lower table with DIN-650 T-grooves
  • upper table with 2 or 4 guides and DIN-650 T-grooves
  • mechanical regulation of the cylinder
  • operation by two-hand push buttons
