Straighteners for strips and wires
RMM Series motorized straighteners come in wide range with roller diameters from 25 to 100 mm. All models include auxiliary back-up rollers reinforcing the main rollers and preventing deformation.
Standard configuration consists of two feeding rollers and five, seven nor nine straightening rollers. Only bottom mounted rollers are motorized by gears. Height of upper rollers can be adjusted manually with jackscrew or the whole head can lifted with pneumatic cylinder, so-called alligator head, for easy cleaning.
The speed is set to 18 m/min, but can be adjusted with inverter from 2 to 28 m/min. It is also possible to install guiding device for easier access of the strip and pneumatic or hydraulic introduction table which can pick-up the strip from a new coil.
