Hydraulic positioners
Garnet PV hydraulic positioners are used in welding and assembly operations for easy accessibility of the workpiece.
All models are 3-axis: rotation, inclination and elevation. Capacity ranges from 1000 to 15000 kg.
Lower bed is made of highly resistant structural profiles that allows stability in every position. Rotating plate can rotate infinitely using Sumitomo engine reducer. The speed of rotation is controled by means of frequency converter and potentiometer, incline and elevation are hydraulic.
Unit is opreated with two-hand push buttons.
